Triumph is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your lingerie purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order due to damaged or faulty goods, incorrect supply of order, or perhaps you've just changed your mind, simply return your garments in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date, to our online store. Original condition includes that items are unused and returned free of deodorant, make-up and tan marks.
Sale items may also be returned for exchange or refund, provided they are not marked FINAL SALE on the product image/page.
We are unable to accept returned garments which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed.
Simply submit your details here to start your return or exchange and send your parcel to the reply paid address supplied in the return portal.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date on which we receive the returned garments. We endeavour to process all return enquiries as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your refund. Any refunds will be made to the original payment method when you placed your order.
